Loretta Lynn’s concert scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Friday at John R. Emens Auditorium has been postponed.
Darcy Wood, associate director of marketing at Emens, said the event will be pushed back until Feb. 19 because the performer is sick.
Tickets already purchased for the event can still be used for the rescheduled performance on Feb. 19.
The performer is most noted for her single in the film “The Coal Miner’s Daughter.” By 1982 Lynn had won 55 Top 10 hits and 27 No. 1 hits and also won a Grammy in 2004 for her award-winning album “Van Lear Rose.”
