IPR event cancelled due to snow

General manager Marcus Jackman cancelled Indiana Public Radio’s 8th Annual All Things Chocolate event at Minnetrista on Sunday due to weather conditions.

IPR’s Outreach Coordinator Carol Trimmer said Jackman decided to cancel because he was concerned for the safety of the people attending the event. Trimmer said contestants were understanding of the cancellation.

IPR is unsure about rescheduling the event because of Minnetrista’s tight schedule; however, Trimmer said they will most likely survey contestants to gauge interest for a future event.
